Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what merchants, administrators, users and customers may and may not do while using WaBuy.

General Rules

• Use WaBuy only for lawful business and commerce activities.
• Provide truthful product, price, stock and delivery information.
• Respect customer privacy and consent.
• Use WhatsApp and advertising channels according to applicable platform policies.

Prohibited Products and Services

Users must not use WaBuy to sell illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading or prohibited products/services. This includes products restricted by law, Meta/WhatsApp commerce rules, payment providers, Google policies or other applicable platforms.

Messaging Rules

• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Use approved templates where required.
• Honor opt-out, unsubscribe and customer preference requests.
• Do not make false, deceptive or exaggerated claims.

Security Rules

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, credential sharing abuse, malware upload, scraping, denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering or any activity that harms WaBuy systems, customers or merchants.

Enforcement

WaBuy may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities or third-party platforms where required.
